DIY Christmas Gift Idea Video Hop

Hey crafty friends, I’m participating in the DIY Christmas Gift Idea Hop today and this one is really neat! Each channel in the hop is showing a different gift idea that’s easy to make, and at the end of the hop, we’re each giving away the gifts we made for our videos! All you need to do to enter is comment on the videos and let us know if you are in the US, or international, as some channels are restricted to domestic shipping. At the end of the hop, each channel will select a random winner to mail the prize to. (Full details can be found in my YouTube video description.)

So what did I make for the hop? You’ll never guess… A boxed set of cards! (I know, you’re shocked 😉 ) Want to see how I made them? You can watch the video here…

Now if the cards look familiar, you may recognize them from when I made them in grey. I had so many people asking me about them, that I thought I’d make a video and include a box to hold them. They are perfect for gift sets too because they are so fast to make.  

The Envelope Punch Board Calculator I used to create the box is free and easy to use. Just go to The Crafty Owl and enter the dimensions of the box you want to make. Remember to add a little extra to your depth and width measurements, so you will be able to slide your set in easier. (I added ¼” to each.)
